Membership Description Signing up for childcare is easier than ever with the free Out-of-School-Time Community Sustainability Program. This membership will cover childcare needs - specifically the weekly after-school program, and a majority of holidays/professional development days at the Truro Central School.  When signing up for your first activity you will be prompted to register for a membership and build a profile. Youth Tee Ball Co-ed K-2  REGISTRATION DEADLINE - April 12, 2024Grades K-2 Youth Tee Ball is open to children in grades K-2 who either resident in Truro or attend Truro Central School. Parents, coaches, and children alike are reminded that Truro Recreation encourages the development of skills, teamwork, and social bonds. The goals of Youth Sports are to provide children an opportunity to play, exercise, and learn sportsmanship in a fun way. Any child, parent, coach, or spectator who acts in ways that prohibit these goals, threaten the physical or emotional safety and development of children, referees, or coaches, will be unable to attend the program. Fees $15.00 per child Early Registration (ends 3/17) $20.00 per child Late Registration.  MasterCard / Visa accepted. If you are paying by cash or check you will need to contact Truro Recreation to register.  Combined Teams -  Truro Recreation will make every attempt to create a team of Truro players that will practice and play games in Truro, but due to a lack of coaches or player participation we may be required to combine with neighboring towns. In the event that Truro Recreation combines with neighboring towns the result may be Truro players attached to other towns and practicing and playing games in that town. A combination team may also require that Truro teams have players from other towns. In the event of a combined team, players will register with their respective home town’s recreation department.PracticesK-2 will practice on Tuesday's from 3PM-4PM at the Truro Central School Baseball Field. Practice starts on Tuesday, 4/30/2024. All schedules are subject to change due to weather. Youth Tee Ball Co-ed K-2  REGISTRATION DEADLINE - April 12, 2024Grades K-2 Youth Tee Ball is open to children in grades K-2 who either resident in Truro or attend Truro Central School. Parents, coaches, and children alike are reminded that Truro Recreation encourages the development of skills, teamwork, and social bonds. The goals of Youth Sports are to provide children an opportunity to play, exercise, and learn sportsmanship in a fun way. Any child, parent, coach, or spectator who acts in ways that prohibit these goals, threaten the physical or emotional safety and development of children, referees, or coaches, will be unable to attend the program. Fees $15.00 per child Early Registration (ends 3/17) $20.00 per child Late Registration.  MasterCard / Visa accepted. If you are paying by cash or check you will need to contact Truro Recreation to register.  Combined Teams -  Truro Recreation will make every attempt to create a team of Truro players that will practice and play games in Truro, but due to a lack of coaches or player participation we may be required to combine with neighboring towns. In the event that Truro Recreation combines with neighboring towns the result may be Truro players attached to other towns and practicing and playing games in that town. A combination team may also require that Truro teams have players from other towns. In the event of a combined team, players will register with their respective home town’s recreation department.PracticesK-2 will practice on Tuesday's from 3PM-4PM at the Truro Central School Baseball Field. Practice starts on Tuesday, 4/30/2024. All schedules are subject to change due to weather. Any child, parent, coach, or spectator who acts in ways that prohibit these goals, threaten the physical or emotional safety and development of children, referees, or coaches, will be unable to attend the program. If you are paying by cash or check you will need to contact Truro Recreation to register.  Combined Teams -  Truro Recreation will make every attempt to create a team of Truro players that will practice and play games in Truro, but due to a lack of coaches or player participation we may be required to combine with neighboring towns. In the event that Truro Recreation combines with neighboring towns the result may be Truro players attached to other towns and practicing and playing games in that town. A combination team may also require that Truro teams have players from other towns. In the event of a combined team, players will register with their respective home town’s recreation department.PracticesK-2 will practice on Tuesday's from 3PM-4PM at the Truro Central School Baseball Field. Practice starts on Tuesday, 4/30/2024. All schedules are subject to change due to weather. Membership Description Signing up for childcare is easier than ever with the free Out-of-School-Time Community Sustainability Program. This membership will cover childcare needs - specifically the weekly after-school program, and a majority of holidays/professional development days at the Truro Central School.  When signing up for your first activity you will be prompted to register for a membership and build a profile.
